TechRizq Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") is a Michigan-based technology company providing CRM software, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and AI-powered chatbot widget services to small businesses. Our chatbot widget is embedded on third-party business websites and allows end users to interact with our platform on behalf of those businesses.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

When you interact with our Services — including through a chatbot widget on a business website — we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you voluntarily share (such as appointment inquiries or service questions). We use this information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests;
  • Send SMS or email communications you have opted into;
  • Schedule appointments and provide customer support;
  • Improve the performance and security of our platform;
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with the business on whose website you engaged, and with technology providers (such as Twilio for SMS delivery) who process data solely on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

3. Chatbot Widget — AI and Human Responses

The TechRizq chatbot widget uses a hybrid model. Your messages may be handled by:

  • AI (Automated): Our AI system may generate automated responses based on pre-configured business information and FAQs.
  • Human Staff: Office personnel of the business deploying the widget may also respond to your inquiries in real time.

By engaging with the chatbot widget, you acknowledge that your interaction may be handled by an AI system, a human representative, or both. AI responses are informational only and do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

4. SMS and Email Communications

By submitting your information through a chatbot widget or contact form that includes the statement "By submitting, you agree to receive SMS or e-mails for the provided channel. Rates may apply," you provide express written consent to receive SMS and/or email communications from the business whose website you are visiting, powered by TechRizq Consulting's platform.

Types of messages you may receive include:

  • Responses to questions submitted through the chatbot widget;
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations;
  • Follow-up information about services you expressed interest in.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. For email, use the unsubscribe link in any message.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. A2P 10DLC Compliance

All SMS messages sent through our platform comply with Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC standards required by U.S. wireless carriers. Our messaging campaigns are registered with carriers through Twilio. Every message will clearly identify the sending business. Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) instructions are included in messages as required by carrier guidelines. We do not send messages related to cannabis, firearms, gambling, or other prohibited content categories.

6. HIPAA and Healthcare Data

For businesses that are HIPAA Covered Entities, TechRizq Consulting enters into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) prior to processing any Protected Health Information (PHI). We implement the following safeguards:

  • Encryption of data at rest and in transit;
  • Role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication;
  • Audit logging and breach notification procedures.

AI-powered features within our platform are not approved for processing Protected Health Information. Business clients are responsible for ensuring PHI is not submitted through AI tools.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls limiting who can view your data. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
